If you use a qtip and rubbing alcohol and clean the games connectors, you should be able to get the game to work if there is an issue. Items are shipped in a 6x6 white CD mailer (like Netflix originally did). This costs $1.05 compared to $4.95 in a bubble mailer. This is how I can afford to sell games so low and offer a free one when you buy 2. If you want tracking, please choose the $3 ground advantage option at checkout.
