This is a Game Doctor SF 7 modded to play super famicom/super nintendo roms straight from a usb drive or to back up your games. Power supply not included; 9v required. This was the actual unit that was used to rip the ROM image of the boot cartridge for the famous Nintendo Playstation prototype, so it does have a little place in video game history :)
